You can do the paddling, boxing aerobics, swimming laps, rows and many others so that you can train on the upper body cardio.
Ensure that you get a balanced board, this is to ensure that you practice weight distribution and also practice the relaxed balancing. This will also help in balance toning of your legs and keep them in shape. The other practice one has to do, and perfect is to hold your breath for at least 20 seconds. Work on your flexibility by doing yoga.
